The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to decide his representations (Annexure P-6 and P-7) seeking restraint against Gram Panchayat Village Bal, Tehsil & District Jalandhar through its Sarpanch and representatives from encroaching and obstructing the common passage (Rasta) that leads to his land. He is further seeking removal of illegal encroachments made on the basis of a false demarcation report dated 06.01.2026. He is also seeking direction to the parties to maintain status quo on the land in question. 2.
