GREWAL, J (Oral): The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.459 dated 18.12.2025, under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 3(5) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station City Ferozepur, District Ferozepur (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 08.01.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR is outcome of an unfortunate accident. It is submitted that the dispute between the parties has now been resolved and with the intervention of the respectables of the Society, the matter has indeed been compromised.
