The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to initiate inquiry and investigation in the matter of fraudulent registrations of fake cultivators under Meri Fasal Mera Byora Scheme (MFMB) of Panchayat Land falling in village Kharaudi, District Kaithal. He is further seeking direction to initiate legal and criminal action against all the culprits responsible for the fraudulent registrations of fake cultivators and register him on MFMB in respect of his share in the said panchayat land. He is also seeking stay on the registration of cultivators under MFMB till the pendency of this petition and compensation for financial loss suffered by him due to this illegal and fraudulent registration. 2.
