JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J.(ORAL) Present petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed for quashing of order dated 27.04.2026 (Annexure P-5) passed by the JMIC Sub Division Bilaspur, District Yamunanagar, in case pending before JMIC Bilaspur titled as ‘State Vs. Mohan Singh & ors.’ arisen out of FIR No.167 dated 01.07.2022 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 167 and 120-B of IPC registered at Police Station Chhachrauli District Yamuna Nagar, in which an application moved by the petitioner (complainant) under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C has been dismissed. Learned State counsel on instructions ASI Gurmail Singh submits that the investigation, which is pending for some of the accused shall be concluded within 4 weeks.
