Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS seeking transfer of investigation in FIR No. 34 dated 28.02.2025, registered under Sections 333, 351(2), 351(3), 115(2), 324(4) and 3(5) of the BNS at Police Station City Muktsar, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, either to an independent agency outside the State of Punjab or to a senior police officer not below the rank of IGP, outside District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after completion of investigation, challan has already been presented. He further submits that an application for supplementary investigation has already been moved before the Court of the concerned Area Magistrate and, therefore, counsel prays for withdrawal of present petition. 3.
