The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of orders dated 28.04.2006 and 20.09.2010 passed by this Court in CWP-6475-2006, whereby operations of impugned orders were ordered to be stayed. 2. Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the above referred to orders, affidavit dated 08.05.2026 of respondent No. 1 and affidavit dated 11.05.2026 of respondent No. 3 have been filed. The copy of the same are been taken on record, copies whereof have also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3. A perusal of the same shows that orders dated 28.04.2006 and 20.09.2010 passed by this Court in CWP-6475-2006 have been duly complied with. 4. In view of the above, the contempt is purged.
