The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to release the land of the petitioners from acquisition and to restore the same to the petitioners as the same has not been utilized. Further prayer is to decide the representation dated 12.12.2024 (Annexure P-9) moved by the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the representation dated 12.12.2024 (Annexure P-9) moved by the petitioners is still pending and the same has not been decided till date. 3.
