(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.132 dated 24.08.2025 registered under Sections 331(6), 115(2), 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Anaj Mandi, District Patiala. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that pursuant to the order dated 30.03.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required for investigation of the case. 3. Learned State counsel on instructions, corroborates the said averment and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required for the purpose of investigation. 4.
