This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (Section 482 Cr.P.C) for quashing of order dated 14.08.2025 in FIR No. 151 dated 03.08.2023 under Sections 379-B and 411 of IPC (Section 304 and 317 of BNS) registered at Police Station City-1, District Sangrur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the learned trial Court as he had lost all communication with his counsel and was unable to inform him about his arrest in a case under the NDPS Act. Consequently, the learned trial Court cancelled the bail orders of the petitioner and his bail bonds and surety bonds were ordered to be forfeited to the State and petitioner was ordered to be summoned through non-bailable warrants of arrest. He further prays that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the proceedings before the Court and the impugned order date
