AMIT RANA 2026.05.26 18:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this judgement/order CRR 898 of 2021 and CRR-273-2022 2 already facing trial, while exercising the powers under Section 319 Cr.P.C. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners have vehemently argued that the petitioners have been wrongly summoned by the trial Court in a trial arising out of FIR No. 138 dated 19.08.2015 under Sections 307, 337 and 427 of IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Dhuri. In fact, the FIR was initially registered on the basis of the statement made by Prem Chand son of Ripu Daman, who had alleged that his brother Happy and his son-in-law Honey were lying injured near village Katron, District Sangrur and when he reached at the spot, his relatives told him that persons present there had fired on them. At that time, six persons were seen and out of them, two were in civil dress whereas four police officials were in uniform. He was also informed that they were chasing them in cars and had been fired on them.
