Present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner/defendant being aggrieved by impugned order dated 17.03.2026 (Annexure P-1), passed by learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Moga, whereby application preferred by him under Order VII Rule 11 CPC for rejection of plaint was dismissed. 2.
