This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS/482 Cr.P.C for quashing the impugned orders dated 09.02.2026 (Annexure P-4) and dated 09.03.2026 (Annexure P-6) passed by the ld. trial court vide which the bail order of the petitioner has been cancelled and bail/surety bonds have been forfeited to the State and Non Bailable Warrants have been issued as well as impugned order dated 23.03.2026 (Annexure P-7) vide which the proclamation has been issued against the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.23 dated 12.3.2022 u/s 380, 427, 457, 34 IPC 1860 (Corresponding sections 305, 324(4), 331(4), 3(5) BNS 2023), PS Sadar Phagwara, Distt. Kapurthala. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner noted down a wrong date, he could not appear before the learned trial Court on the date fixed. As such, the learned trial Court cancelled his bail
