P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.147 dated 18.09.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21, 29, 27-A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’), at Police Station Doraha, District Khanna, District Ludhiana. 2. The gravamen of the FIR in question is that on 18.09.2025, the police apprehended Gurlal Singh @ Gora (petitioner herein), who was travelling in a PRTC bus bearing registration No.PB10-GK-5135 coming from the Ludhiana side, and recovered 300 grams of heroin from his possession.
