Relevant whereof reads as under:- “(iv) As per the statement of SI Ravinder Singh No.311/Hoshiarpur, the compromise has been effected between accused Gurjot Singh and complainant only and the same has not been effected between all the affected parties.” In view of the above, the petition in hand is a partial compromise quashing petition, which is not maintainable in terms of dicta of judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in CRM-M No.48043 of 2023, titled Rakesh Das v.
