(Oral) The prayer in this second petition under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 (Section 439 Cr.P.C.) is for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.39 dated 24.02.2023 under Sections 307, 353, 186, 332, 333, 506(ii), 120-B, 427, 148, 149 IPC (Sections 109, 132, 221, 121(1), 121(2), 351(2), 61(2), 324(4)/324(5), 191(3) and 190 BNS, 2023) [Section 201 IPC (Section 238 BNS, 2023) added later on] and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar. The present petition is disposed of with the directions to the Trial Court to conclude the Trial as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of 03 months from the next date fixed before it.
