The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 24.09.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-5616-2019. 2. Learned State counsel submits that the State has preferred LPA No. 717- 2026 against order dated 24.09.2025 whereby Division Bench of this Court stayed order dated 24.09.2025, vide order dated 23.04.2026. 3. In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed. 4. Needless to say that petitioner can avail any other remedy as is available to him, in accordance with law, after the decision of LPA No. 717-2026 . 5.
