On the last date of hearing, notice was sent to the respondent which has been received back unserved with the report of incomplete address. This is the position since 28.08.2024. As per order dated 28.08.2024, learned counsel who was representing the respondent, has discontinued the profession. Today, learned counsel for the appellants has also submitted that despite best efforts, they are unable to contact with the sole respondent. In the absence of the respondents, case cannot proceed further. 2. In such circumstances, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the case on the docket, indefinitely. 3.
