Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has expired and he has no further instructions in this case, this case may be consigned to record room. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is consigned to the record room, with liberty to the LRs of the petitioner to revive the same by filing an appropriate application before this Forum, if the need arises.
