The appellants have filed the present appeal against the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 20.08.2004 passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Ludhiana, whereby the appellants were convicted for the commission of the offences punishable under Section 304 Part-II of IPC and were sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of five years. 2. During the pendency of the present appeal, Shangara Singh, appellant No.3 had expired and the appeal qua him already stands dismissed as abated. 3.
