From the car bearing No.HR-26DB-9535 make BMW XI, underneath the driver seat, 400 grams of Heroin was recovered in a polythene bag along with 1.32 bore pistol. The said car was being driven by the petitioner and it belongs to his cousin namely Gurwinder Singh. 3.
