Pursuant to previous order passed by this Court, the premises has been inspected and a report dated 07.05.2026 has been filed. On the basis of report, Mr. Chandail submits that a preparatory school is being run on the ground floor of the premises, which is permissible. He, however, states that proceedings are pending before the SDM (South) for 21.05.2026 and the final decision on the show cause notice, Annexure P-2, is to be taken by the SDM, who is the competent authority. 2.
