The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 130 dated 17.10.2024, under Sections 126/115(2)/351 BNS (Section 341, 323, 506 IPC) (Section 223-B BNS added later on) and Section 163 BNSS deleted (Section 144 Cr.P.C.), registered at Police Station Anandpur Sahib, Rupnagar and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the offence under Section 223-B BNS has been added subsequently and Section 163 BNSS has been deleted later on and prays that the same may be incorporated in the petition. 3.
