(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’, for quashing of FIR No.20 dated 16.02.2026, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 3(5), 351(3) and 333 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Tappa Mandi, District Barnala, along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
