The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to grant to pay scale to the petitioners as per statutory rules namely Punjab Health and Family Welfare Technical (Group-C) Service Rules 2016 (Annexure P-1) i.e. Rs.5910-20200/- + 2400 grade pay from the date of entry into service along with consequent arrears and interest @ 12% per annum thereon being the case of the petitioners covered by the judgment of this Court dated 13.09.2024 (Annexure P-6) in CWP-15896 of 2023 – Saurabh Sharma and others v.
