This petition has been filed under Section 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 12.12.2024 (Annexure P-2), passed in CRM-M-57178-2024. 2. Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that earlier also, two contempt petitions were filed, being COCP-3755-2025 and COCP-668-2026, alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 12.12.2024 which stand dismissed as withdrawn vide orders dated 03.09.2025 and 18.02.2026, respectively. 3. It is further pointed out that COCP-668-2026 was dismissed as withdrawn with the following observations: “1.
