The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita with a prayer to grant regular bail to him in case FIR No.254 dated 29.09.2025, registered under Sections 21, 27-A, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 Act, Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar. 2.
