(Oral) The instant first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.130 dated 05.12.2024 registered under Sections 103, 190, 61(2), 249, 49 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Maqboolpura, District Amritsar. 2.
