The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant regular bail to him in case FIR No.239, dated 12.11.2025, registered under Sections 21-C and 29/61/85 of NDPS Act, Section 25/25(1)(B), 54/59 of Arms Act, at Police Station Catonment Amritsar, District Amritsar, Punjab (Annexure P-1). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the FIR in the present case was registered on the basis of a secret information regarding involvement of Karanbir Singh @ Karan and Sukhwinder Singh @ Sunny, who were apprehended by the police at the spot along with .30 bore pistols and magazines.
