(Oral) Present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 12.12.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by a co- ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-29977-2024 titled as “No.1555769W, Ex. Sapper Gurbax Singh vs. Union of India and others”, whereby the petition was allowed with the following observations :- “For all the reasons aforesaid, this Court finds merit in the writ petition and the same is allowed. The relevant part of the impugned order qua restricting the arrears of service pension upto three years since the passing of the impugned order, is quashed and set aside.
