Through the instant writ petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 03.01.2024 (Annexure P-10) passed by the respondent No.1- Appellate Tribunal, whereby the appeal filed by the respondent No.2 under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act of 2007”) was allowed and the order dated 19.12.2022 was set aside. 2.
