This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail to him in case FIR No.101 dated 17.04.2025, under Sections 18, 27 of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station ANTF Sector- 79, Sohana, District SAS Nagar (Mohali). 2. Earlier petition bearing No.CRM-M-1367-2026 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail was dismissed as withdrawn on 04.02.2026. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after about 3 months. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for the grant of regular bail.
