The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 04.05.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 04.05.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
