The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking issuance of directions to the official respondent No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members and take action on representation (Annexure P-1). 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a representation (Annexure P-1) has been made before the Superintendent of Police, Karnal raising her grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereon. He further submitted that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No. 3- Superintendent of Police, Karnal to decide the aforesaid representation and take necessary action thereon qua threat perception. etm ‘No
