This is the second petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.84 dated 17.07.2024, registered under Section 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar. 2. The petitioner earlier approached this Court by of filing CRM- M-4285-2025, which was dismissed on merits vide order dated 27.01.2025. Now the petitioner has filed second petition for grant of anticipatory bail after a gap of about 01 year & 03 months and there is no change in the circumstances in the present case. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to point out any material change in facts or circumstances arising subsequent to the dismissal of the earlier petition. 3. It is well settled that a successive petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable in the absence of a subs
