ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE PETITIONER 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had filed an eviction petition against Gurnam Chand- respondent No.1 for his eviction on the ground of personal necessity and non-payment of rent.
