(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the complaint No.66-I dated 17.04.2015 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 418 of IPC and summoning order dated 13.04.2018 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hisar. None appears for the petitioner. A perusal of the report of JMIC-cum-CJ(JD), Hisar would reveal that the case is posted for defence evidence. At this stage, the question of quashing the complaint and the summoning order does not arise and therefore, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds raised in the present petition before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.
