(Oral) Petitioner-Gulshan Valecha has filed this petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of FIR No.211 dated 03.05.2025 under Sections 226 and 215 of BNS, registered at Police Station Hisar City, District Hisar. 2. At the very outset, learned State counsel informs that Cancellation Report has already been submitted in the case and very soon it may be finalized. 3. In view of the information shared by the State counsel, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to take a final decision on the Cancellation Report already submitted before it within a period of three months from today. 4.
