Prayer in the present third petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.207 dated 12.08.2022, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 302 read with Section 149 of IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Ambala Sadar, District Ambala, Haryana. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his earlier petition was disposed of vide order dated 22.12.2025 passed by this Court wherein, it was observed that the trial is at the fag end and thus, the trial be expedited.
