The instant criminal revision petition has been preferred against the judgment of conviction dated 04.02.2019 passed by the Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Tohana whereby the revisionist- petitioner has been convicted for commission of offences punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and order of sentence dated 08.02.2019 whereby the revisionist-petitioner has been sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 18 months and to pay a compensation of Rs.10,00,000/- to the complainant. 2. Further challenge has also been raised to the judgment dated 15.05.2026 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehabad, whereby the appeal preferred against the aforesaid judgment of conviction and order of sentence has been dismissed. 3.
