This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing of FIR No.23, dated 17.02.2026 under Sections 115(2), 190, 191(1), 191(2), 191(3), 333, 324 and 351 of BNS (corresponding Sections 323, 149, 146, 147, 148, 452, 425 and 503 IPC), registered at Police Station Sector-36, Chandigarh (Annexure P-1), with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 20.02.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2.
