Abu Talib have approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for seeking protection of their life and personal liberty from private respondents No.4 to 8. Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that the petitioners are major and are staying together in live-in relationship. However, their relationship is not acceptable to the private respondents and as a result, thereof, the private respondents are threatening the petitioners. A representation dated 13.05.2026 (Annexure P-3) against the threat extended at the hands of the private respondents already stands submitted by the petitioners to the Superintendent of Police, Nuh, District Nuh, Haryana.
