Punjab. 2k eee VIKRAM AGGARWAL, J (ORAL The instant revision petition, preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assails the order dated 16.10.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Court of Additional District Judge, Ferozepur, vide which the objections raised by the respondents-judgment debtors were accepted and the execution petition was dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present case is covered by the decision of a Coordinate Bench rendered on 05.05.2026 in CR No.3369 of 2026, vide which the matter was remitted back to the executing Court for compliance of decision dated 11.04.2013 (Annexure P- 5) passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court particularly with regard to the release of statutory benefits under Section 23(1A) of
