We hope and expect that no such strike takes place in future and if at all any eventuality arises as regards strike, the State of Haryana is always free to invoke its power under the Haryana Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1974 (for short ‘Act 1974’) by issuing an appropriate notification under Section 3(ii) read with Section 4A of the Act, 1974. 3.
