This is the first petition under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of Regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 15 dated 19.07.2024 U/s 21/27A/29/61/85 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station State Special Operations Cell, Fazilka, District Fazilka. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and no contraband or drug money has been recovered from her possession. It is submitted that the alleged recovery of 42 grams of heroin was effected from the conscious possession of co-accused Jaspal Singh, and the recovery of drug money amounting to Rs.25 lakhs was made pursuant to the disclosure statements of co-accused Jaspal Singh and Dilshan Singh from their house.
