Mr. Neeraj Poswal, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana. *** MANISHA BATRA, J (ORAL):- The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) by the petitioner seeking grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No. 101 dated 17.02.2026 registered under Sections 318(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’) and 61(1)(a) of Excise Act (Sections 336(2) and 340 of BNS added later on) at Police Station Kherki Daula, District Gurugram. 2. The aforementioned FIR was registered on the allegations that on 12.11.2025, while doing routine checking in the liquor vend of M/s Vintage Wine situated at Shikohpur, 28 boxes of country made liquor brand Santra were recovered. 1400 quarter bottles were found kept in the same.
