Ms. Monika Thakur, Advocate for the complainant. SURYA PARTAP SINGH, J. (Oral): This is fourth petition seeking for regular bail filed on behalf of petitioner. The last petition was dismissed on merit vide order dated 30.10.2025. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is undue delay in trial in the present case, as out of 52 prosecution witnesses, only 20 have been examined so far, and the petitioner is in custody for more than seven years. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for withdrawal of the present petition and submitted that a direction be issued to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial in a time bound manner. In view of above, the present petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Keeping in view the prolonged incarceration of the petitioner, learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial by
