The gravamen of the FIR in question is that on 25.03.2026 co- accused Pooja wife of Amra was arrested along-with 708 grams heroin wrapped in transparent polythene. The name of petitioner surfaced during the investigation, being main supplier of contraband, on the basis of disclosure statement of co-accused.
