Appellants-claimants are seeking enhancement of the compensation awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kurukshetra (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’), regarding the death of Bittu (since deceased), in a roadside accident, which took place on 11.03.2023. 2.
