Registry has listed this case in IOIN category, reporting that despite expiry of aforesaid period of fifteen days, aforesaid cost has not been deposited. Today, when the case is taken up, learned Junior Panel Counsel, UT Chandigarh, has appeared and submitted that in compliance of the final order dated 24.03.2026 passed in CWP-PIL-178-2025, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh, has deposited the cost of Rs. 40,000/- with Poor Patients Welfare Fund, PGIMER, Chandigarh, on 07.05.2026. In this regard, learned counsel for UT Chandigarh, has produced copy of letter dated 11.05.2026 written by Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh, which is taken on record as Mark “X”.
