By way of this appeal, the appellant has challenged the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 03.02.2026 passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Sangrur, vide which the appellant was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year along with fine of Rs.5,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 22 of NDPS Act and in default of payment of fine to further undergo Rigorous imprisonment for a period of three months, in case FIR No.67 dated 21.05.2022, under Section 22 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station City Dhuri. 2.
